Electrical Installation Condition Reports often referred to as Periodic inspections and landlord’s certificates should be carried out every 10 years for domestic households and letting properties every 5 years, or change of tenancy.
We offer this service, which will identify any defective or dangerous wiring.
At the end of the test, our client will receive a full report that will list defects with a code of 1-4. The engineer will then explain the defects.
We can then supply a fixed price for any defective work. (Not all work will need rectifying to receive a satisfactory report.)
